PALEMBANG, SuaraSumselNews | KANTOR Wilayah (Kanwil) Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) Sumatera Bagian Timur (Sumbagtim) dan KPPBC TMP B Palembang selama tahun 2022, rutin melaksanakan kegiatan operasi pasar di beberapa titik wilayah.
Kepala KPPBC TMP B Palembang, Abdul Harris mengatakan, penindakan barang-barang ilegal ini tidak akan dapat dicapai secara maksimal tanpa kolaborasi dan sinergi dari semua pihak untuk bahu membahu bekerja sama sebagai langkah mencegah dan menghentikan peredaran barang ilegal. katanya di KPPBCbTipe Madya Pabean B Palembang, Selasa (13/12).
Harris mengungkapkan, tentunya kita semua akan selalu berusaha meningkatkan pengawasan serta memberi penyuluhan kepada masyarakat Melalui sinergi yang baik antar instansi dan pihak-pihak lain, demi menjaga Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) yang kita cintai ini serta meningkatkan kolaborasi baik secara internal maupun eksternal.
“Pemusnahan ini merupakan salah satu usaha dari Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Maksudnya, dalam mewujudkan transparansi kepada masyarakat. Khusus terhadap pengelolaan barang hasil penindakan dan sebagai upaya memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat.Maupun industri dalam negeri yang telah mematuhi ketentuan pemerintah,” ungkapnya.
Harris menambahkan, kegiatan pemusnahan yang dilakukan serentak ini diikuti oleh Kanwil DJBC Sumbagtim yakni Jambi, Palembang, Pangkal Pinang, serta Tanjung Pandan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengawasan yang dilakukan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dapat menciptakan daya saing yang seimbang (fair) antar pelaku usaha.
Pemusnahan Barang Dikuasi Negara dan Barang yang Menjadi Milik Negara dilakukan secara simultan di tiga tempat yaitu: Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Palembang, Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Jambi, dan Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Tanjung Pandan dengan rincian sebagai berikut, : 6.667.770 batang rokok, 1.012 pcs Alat Kesehatan,sparepart, dan lain lain 966 pcs Barang Tidak Dikuasai, 10.764 liter Minuman Mengandung Etil Alkohol, 719 box Obat-obatan, 83 Pcs Sex Toys. Dengan estimasi nilai barang sebesar Rp. 11 Miliar dan nilai perpajakan yang belum terbayar (Bea Masuk, Cukai, dan Pajak) adalah sebesar Rp. 21 Miliar,”terangnya.
Barang penindakan lainnya berupa narkotika dan psikotropika yang penyelesaiannya dilimpahkan kepada Kepolisian Daerah dan Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) dalam hal ini di Provinsi Sumsel, Jambi dan Babel dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Kanwil DJBC Sumbagtim: 1. 17.000 gram Methamphetamine, 68 gram Tembakau Sintetis 3. 600 butir Tramadol, 114 butir Trihexyphenidyl, 100 butir Obat hexymer, KPPBC Tanjung Pandan: 696 butir Trihexyphenidyl, 550 butir Tramadol, 178 gram Tembakau Sintetis, 458.73 gram Methamphetamine, KPPBC Palembang: 5 gram Tembakau Sintetis 317 gram Ganja. KPPBC Jambi: 100 butir Tramadol, 1109 gram Methamphetamine.
Menurut Harris, barang-barang penindakan ini merupakan hasil kegiatan kolaborasi pengawasan dan penegakan hukum di wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, dan Bangka Belitung bersama aparat yaitu jajaran Kodam TNI AD, Kepolisian Daerah, Kejaksaan Tinggi, Pangkalan TNI AL, BNNP, PT POS Indonesia, Perusahaan Jasa Titipan, dan pihak-pihak lainnya termasuk Pelindo serta rekan-rekan media yang telah membantu memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat,” terangnya.
“Penindakan barang-barang tersebut dilakukan di daerah antara lain Palembang, Jambi, Musi Banyu Asin, Ogan Komering Ilir, dan daerah lainnya disekitar Bangka Belitung. Barang- barang tersebut sebagian berasal dari Pulau Jawa terutama rokok ilegal (rokok polos) dan barang-barang yang berasal dari impor ilegal (tidak membayar Bea Masuk).
Pemusnahan Barang yang Menjadi Milik Negara dan Barang Dikuasai Negara tersebut dilakukan dengan cara: Dipotong mengunakan alat pemotong untuk barang berupa rokok ilegal, dan dibakar. Digilas dengan alat berat, dihancurkan dan ditimbun dalam tanah, untuk barang berupa minuman keras (MMEA),” pungkasnya.(*)
