BANYUASIN, SuaraSumselNews | DENGAN perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, menuntut danya perubahan pada tata kelola pemerintahan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin h/meluncurkan sebuah program Sistem Aplikasi Integrasi (SANTER).
SANTER merupakan Satu Aplikasi Terintegrasi, yang dilaunching oleh Bupati H. Askolani bersama jajaran Forkopimda, di Gedung Auditorium Pemkab Banyuasin, Selasa (9/8).
Peluncuran aplikasi yang dibuat oleh Pemkab Banyuasin melalui Bagian Organisasi Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah, ditandai dengan penekanan sidik jari dari atas panggung oleh Bupati Banyuasin bersama jajaran.
Kepala Biro Organisasi Tatalaksana Propinsi Sumatera Selatan M. Zaki Aslam dalam sambutanya menyampaikan semoga Aplikasi SENTER dapat dimanfaatkan, sebagai penunjang kegiatan di pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin.
“Dengan sistem Aplikasi elektronik ini dapat lebih memudahkan dalam pelayanan dan dapat bertukar informasi kepada masyarakat,” sebutnya.
Bupati H.Askolani SH,MH mengatakan apresiasi kepada Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin atas dedikasinya dalam menciptakan inovasi dan kegiatan yang bermanfaat bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin.
“Saya bangga dan berharap launching sistem aplikasi terintegrasi (Santer) ini merupakan inovasi Pemkab Banyuasin dalam mendukung tata kelola Pemerintahan”,Ujar Bupati,” tuturnya.
Untuk diketahui di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin sudah ada 6 Aplikasi diantara
1. Si Laki (Sistem Informasi Laporan Kinerja Secara Elektronik) dibuat untuk penyimpanan digital dalam laporan kinerja
2. Si Janda (Sistem Informasi Analisis Jabatan secara. Elektronik) dibuat karena penyusunan analisis jabatan (Anjab) dan Analisis beban kinerja ABK) masih dibuat secara manual sehingga setiap terjadi perubahan struktur organisasi dan tata kinerja sering terjadi keterlambatan dan belum valid.
3. Si Puma ( Sistem informasi indeks kepuasan masyarakat secara elektronik) pelaporan survei kepuasan masyarakat dari penyelenggaraan belum tertib belum cepat dan akurat.
4. E-Personal (Kepegawaian secara elektronik) karena data kepegawaian belum ter-Update secara cepat dan otomatis.
5. E-Kinerja / E-TPP ( kinerja secara elektronik /Tambahan penghasilan pegawai secara elektronik) pengelolaan kinerja pegawai, pembuatan sasaran kinerja pegawai, penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai serta rekap pengelolaan pembayaran top masih dilakukan secara manual.
6. (Evaluasi jabatan secara elektronik). setiap ada perubahan struktur organisasi dan tata kerja sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam memenuhi evaluasi jabatan dikarenakan masih dilakukan secara manual.
