Pelabuhan Penyeberangan TAA Lakukan Pemasangan Hidrolik Breasting Dolphin

PALEMBANG, DuaraSumselNews | PELABUHAN Penyeberangan Tanjung Api-Api (TAA) terus melakukan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana. Saat ini Pelabuhan TAA sedang melakukan pemasangan hidrolik Breasting Dolphin (MB). Bahkan ditahun 2023, Pelabuhan TAA akan dilakukan peremajaan.

Kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Api-api Iwan Gunawan mengatakan, pemasangan hidrolik Breasting Dolphin (MB). Pemasangan hidrolik ini dibutuhkan karena untuk mengangkat beban hingga 40 ton kalau memakai rantai itu rentan rusak.

“Kalau gir rantai itu rentan rusak. Sedangkan kalau rusak biaya perbaikannya mahal mencapai Rp 2,5 juta. Kita tidak ada untuk melakukan perbaikan itu terus menerus, makanya kita ganti. Alhamdulillah pak Gubernur dan Pak Kadis Perhubungan sudah menyetujui dan sudah dikerjakan, untuk anggarannya Rp 4,5 miliar,” ujarnya saat diwawancarai diruang kerjanya, Senin (12/12).

Untuk peremajaan Palabuhan TAA, Iwan menjelaskan,itu dilaksanakan tahun 2023 pakai dana DAK, ada bantuan sekitar Rp 30 miliar. Itu dibahas oleh Kementerian Perhubungan.

“Kita benahi gedung akan kita rehab. Mimpinya saya Pelabuhan TAA itu sama seperti kantor Gubernur semuanya bagus. Toiletnya kita perbanyak, penerangan lampu jalan. Kemudian jalan di palabuhan TAA aspal mimpinya seperti bagusnya seperti Bakahuni. Tapi dengan dana terbatas makanya kita minta di Kementerian. Dari yang kita ajukan Rp 66 miliar, yang disetujui sekitar Rp 30 miliar,” katanya.

“Awalnya saya mau membangun tempat parkir di depan. Tapi ada perbedaan persepsi di Bappenas dikira mereka akan bangun baru karena ada aturan tidak bisa melanjutkan, saya bilang bukan bangun baru. Karena 2018 sudah dibangun parkir tapi tidak jadi karena dananya tidak cukup. Akhirnya Rp 30 miliar itu di pending dulu kalau itu bagus enak sekali lapangan rumput-rumput itu mau kita semen kita cor kita pasang tiang pancang untuk parkir. Tapi yang namanya kita dibantu tidak bisa bantu full, Alhamdulilah kita bersyukur akan dibantu Kementrian Perhubungan Rp 30 miliar, itu saya ucapkan terima kasih,” ucapnya.

Iwan menerangkan, di Pelabuhan TAA dibangun dermaga 2 dananya dari Kemenhub pusat .

“Yang kita perbaiki ini dermaga 1. Kalau dermaga 2 jalan nanti proyeknya multier sekitar bulan 3 selesai, Pak Dirjen kunjungan ke sana kita sudah laporkan ke Pak kadis bahwa nanti kapal-kapal tonase di atas 1000 dimainkan di dermaga 2. Dibawah 1.000 akan di dermaga 1. Sehingga tidak terlalu lama waktu bongkar muat,” bebernya.

Iwan mengungkapkan, perlahan-lahan pihaknya akan berbenah. Karena Pelabuhan TAA ini menurut Kemenhub sudah pelabuhan paling ramai nomor 3 di luar pulau Jawa.

“Artinya potensinya bagus Apalagi nanti kalau Pak Gubernur memang mencanangkan Tanjung Carat maka harus benar-benar berbenah. Karena jika pelabuhan Tanjung Carat dibangun sebagai pengganti Pelabuhan di Bom Baru maka akan mirip Singapore kecil di situ. Dari Palabuhan Tanjung Carat ke Palabuhan TAA hanya 8 kilometer jadi sangat dekat. Apabila kapal-kapal asing berlabuh di Tanjung Carat ABK nya bisa berwisata ke Pantai di Provinsi Bangka Belitung melalui Pelabuhan TAA. Makanya ke depan mimpi saya itu sarana prasarana di Pelabuhan TAA harus dilengkapi seperti tempat penukaran mata uang asing (money changer), ATM.WC kita benahi, sarana dan prasarana tempat ruang tunggu yang kurang representatif ditunggu benahi harusnya ada ruang tempat istirahat untuk sopir, ruang tunggu representatif, ada internet, ada TV wi-fi sehingga membuat penumpang senyaman mungkin,” bebernya.

“Saya ke konsultan supaya dibuatkan spot foto selamat datang di Pelabuhan Tanjung Api-Api. Intinya kita buat Pelabuhan Tanjung Api-Api semakin nyaman dan menarik bagi penumpang,” tandasnya.
