BANYUASIN, SuaraSumselNews | BIMBINGAN Teknis (Bimtek) kepemimpinan dan optimalisasi Kepala Desa (Kades) sebagai kepala pemerintahan desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa Kabupaten Banyuasin tahun 2022 di Hotel Wyndam Jakabaring di Kecamatan Rambutan Banyuasin Kamis 17/11.
Kegiatan Bimtek berlangsung selama tiga hari ini di buka oleh Bupati Banyuasin Askolani, dan dihadiri Irian Setiawan Ketua DPRD Banyuasin, Kepala OPD, Willy Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Banyuasin, Eva BPJS Ketenaga Kerjaan, Ketua PWI Banyuasin, Camat dan Kepala Desa se Banyuasin
Kata Ketua DPRD Banyuasin Irian Setiawan bahwa tugas Kades sangatlah berat dalam mengelola dana desa. Makanya kami juga siap menerima usulan untuk penggunaan dana pokok pikiran dewan dalam pembangunan desa.
Sementara, Askolani lebih menitik beratkan kekompakan, cerdas dalam menjalankan tugas. Karena Kades adalah orang pilihan dalam menjalankan amanah walau dengan fasilitas yang minim.
Bimtek adalah amanat Undang Undang, Kades harus serius dalam mengikuti Bimtek dan lebih pintar nantinya dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai pelayan masyarakat, harap Askolani.(ril)
