Wagub Mawardi Lantik IKPM Sumsel di Yogyakarta
YOGYAKARTA, SuaraSumselNews | WAGUB Sumsel H. Mawardi Yahya memberikan kebanggaan tersendiri bagi Ikatan Keluarga Pelajar Mahasiswa (IKPM Sumsel) Yogyakarta. Bahkan keberadaan Wagub di tengah-tengah mereka (IKPM) menginspirasi serta memotivasi.
“Saya titipkan pesan kepada para IKPM tidak hanya mencari ilmu saja namun intergitas dipertahankan. Selain semangat belajar tetap jaga integritas ,” ujar Mawardi saat acara pelantikan Pengurus Ikatan Keluarga Pelajar Mahasiswa (IKPM) Sumsel Yogyakarta periode 2020-2022 di Hotel Royal Ambarukmo Yogyakarta, Jumat kemarin (29/10).
Wagub sebut integritas itu penting sebagai pemimpin tidak hanya didalam memimpin daerah tapi juga di sebuah keorganisasian. Dia mencotohkan seperti kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh masyarakat kepada dirinya dan Gubernur Sumsel H Herman Deru untuk memimpin Sumsel salah satunya adalah mempunyai integritas.
Maksudnya kedepan mahasiswa ini akan diuji integritasnya dalam membawa organisasi. Dan jika itu baik maka akan tumbuh dimasa depan.
“Kami yakin kepengurusan yang baru ini mampu mengemban dan memberikan arti bagi adik-adik di Yogyakarta sehingga nanti akan menjadi panutan,” harapnya. (ril)
