PAGARALAM, SuaraSumselNews- PEMKOT Pagaralam akhirnya terapkan uji coba lima hari kerja di semua jajaran instansi disini. Masing-masing Senin – Jumat. Penerapan kebijakan baru ini mulai dilaksanakan, Senin (16/4) kemarin dan pemberlakuan ujicoba lima hari kerja ini.
Upaya ini merupakan bagian dari Pemkot Pagaralam untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dan pelaksanaan lima hari kerja tersebut sesuai dengan instruksi Wali Kota Pagaralam, No. 02 tahun 2018, tentang uji coba hari dan jam kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di jajaran Pemkot Pagaralam, yang ditandatangani Pjs Wali Kota Pagaralam, Musni Wijaya, S.Sos, M.Si.
Uji coba lima hari kerja akan dilakukan semua ASN Pemkot Pagaralam. Dengan rincian jam kerja, pukul 07.30 -16.00 WIB dengan waktu istirahat pada pukul 12.00-13.00. Sementara, Jumat pada pukul 07.30-16.30 dengan rincian pukul 07.30-08.30 olahraga, sedangkan pukul 11.30-13.00 istrahat. Sementara pulang kerja pukul 16.30. Untuk hari Sabtu akan diliburkan.
Sementara, SKPD yang memberikan pelayanan dasar, misalnya, layanan medis Puskesmas dan RSUD, pelaksanaan hari dan jam kerja disesuaikan dengan jadwal piket pada hari Sabtu oleh pimpinan satuan kerja bersangkutan. (*)
