Diminta Segera Diperbaiki Pertagas
PANGKALAN BALAI, SuaraSumselNews- KINI Pertagas sedang melaksanakan pengerjaan pengerukan, pemasangan dan penimbunan pipa gas. Sedikitnya jarak pengerjaan 176 kilometer. Diketahui, pemasangan pipa tersebut dari Gersik Musi Banyuasin (Muba) hingga ke PT PUSRI Palembang.
Khusus wilayah Banyuasin yang menjadi perlintasan Pertagas, warga merasa prihatin. Penyebabnya? Karena lumpur sisa galian berhamburan didepan rumah warga dan ruas jalan. ‘’Ironisnya, lumpur tersebut bila turun hujan, membuat pengguna jalan harus hati-hati. Karena mengakibatkan kecelakaan’’ ujar Pak Rohim (58) warga Talang Kelapa.
Kondisi ini, telah disampaikan kepada pelaksana lapangan dan pihak Pertagas Pertamina (Pertagas). Namun, hingga kini keluhan seperti itu, tanpa mendapat penjelasan lebih lanjut, tambah Pak Rohim yang mewakili warga disini.
Tidak hanya warga yang mengeluh, juga berdampak distribusi air bersih dari PDAM. Penyebabnya, banyak pipa distribusi rusak dampak adanya galian pipa Pertagas dekat pipa distribusi milik PDAM Tirta Betuah Cabang Talang Kelapa, Kabupaten Banyuasin.
Mengapa rusak? Penyebabnya, adanya galian pipa gas milik Pertamina yang dikerjakan sepanjang Jalan Lintas Timur Sumatera (Jalintim). Tepatnya di Kelurahan Air Batu hingga Kelurahan Sukajadi. ‘’Sampai saat ini masih berlangsung. Bahkan kemacetan lalulintas disini tak terhindarkan. Karena penyempitan ruas jalan, akibat tumpukan tanah dan kendaraan alat berat,’’ tambah warga.
Kerusakan pipa induk PDAM tersebut berpengaruh distribusi air bersih bagi konsumen di Talang Kelapa. ‘’Biasanya, pendistribusian air bersih PDAM tepat waktu dan terjadwal. Tapi kini akibat rusaknya pipa distribusi, warga menjadi korban,’’ urai Pak Rohim dengan nada mengeluh.
Sementara, Kepala Cabang PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapa, Weni Oktadian mengakui, kerusakan pipa distribusi. Penyebabnya, adanya galian pipa Pertagas yang berdekatan dengan pipa PDAM. Dan pengerjaannya tanpa koordinasi dengan pihaknya.
Akibat rusaknya pipa tersebut, seharusnya pihak Pertagas bertanggung jawab. Artinya, kerusakan pipa air minum itu harus segera diperbaiki. ‘’Meski ada kesepakatan antara PDAM dan Pertagas, kerusakan tersebut belum juga diperbaiki,’’ papar Weni dengan nada prihatin.
‘’Kita berharap pihak Pertagas percepat pengadaan pipa baru. Maksudnya, agar pipa yang rusak segera diperbaiki. Sekalian, galian pipa Pertagas dekat pipa PDAM, lebih berhati-hati,supaya kerusakan pipanisasi PDAM tak terganggu lagi,” tegasnya. (*)
