PANGKALAN BALAI, SuaraSumselNews- PERATURAN Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Banyuasin tentang larangan hewan berkaki empat, tidak berkeliaran, tetap masih terjadi. Buktinya, sejumlah hewan ternak kaki 4 jenis sapi, tetap berkeliaran diseputar jalan umum dan pasar.
Sebagai buktinya, pembiayaan hewan sapi di jalan umum (negara). Termasuk yang berlokasi di pasar kalangan Pangkalan Balai Kecamatan Banyuasin III, tetap terjadi.
Hewan ternak tersebut seyogianya harus dikandangkan. Namun, justru dibiarkan. Dampaknya, hewan tersebut mencari makan bukan ditempat padang rumput atau dikandangnya. Toh, banyak ditemukan memakan limbah dari rumah tangga. Termasuk juga limbah pasar dari sisa-sisa sayuran pedagang.
Namun demikian, pihak pemerintah setempat sepertinya tak tanggap menertibkan berkeliaran sapi-sapi milik warga dimaksud. Banyak ditemukan sapi-sapi tersebut sekitar ibu kota Kabupaten Banyuasin, Pangkalan Balai dan sekitarnya.
Warga berharap semua petugas trantib di masing-masing kecamatan harus optimal melaksanakan Perda dan jangan jadi macan ompong. Khusus Perda tentang larangan hewan kaki empat yang menjadi liar, ujar Mustofa (46) warga Pangkalan Balai kepada media ini kemarin.
Makanya, Mustofa berharap semua petugas trantib disini menjalankan tugas Perda tersebut. Ya dalam hal ini Satpol PP harus bijak dan tegas untuk menertibkan masalah tersebut.
Sementara, Bupati Banyuasin Ir H Supriono MM melalui Kadiskominfo Banyuasin, Erwin Ibrahim mengatakan, seharusnya pemilik hewan ternak tidak membiarkan berkeliaran di jalan raya. Dan apalagi, terkait adanya pelarangan melalui Perda Pemkab Banyuasin.
Diakui, Erwin nanti dia akan sampaikan ke semua pimpinan kecamatan untuk menertibkan sapi yang berkeliaran. Utamanya dari petugas trantib untuk melakukan penertiban secepatnya, ujarnya singkat. (*)
